Gubi Cobra Table Lamp
Designed by Greta Grossman in the 1950s, the Gubi Cobra Table Lamp was reissued in 2011 to great acclaim. The lamp’s fully flexible tubular arm can be bent in any direction, and the shade can be rotated fully. A classic lamp for any desk or table.

Description
The Cobra Table Lamp was designed by Greta Magnusson Grossman for Gubi. It takes its name from the shape of the oval shade, shaped like the head of a Cobra, together with its fully flexible tubular arm which can be bent in any direction and the shade can be rotated through 360º.
The base is covered in powder-coated aluminium and weighted with a cast iron ballast. The Cobra Lamp won the Good Design Award in 1950 and was subsequently exhibited at the Good Design Show at the Museum of Modern Art.
