Gubi Cobra Floor Lamp
Designed by Greta Grossman in 1950, the Cobra Floor Lamp was reissued in 2011 to great acclaim. This black lamp’s fully flexible tubular arm can be bent in any direction, and the shade can be rotated fully.

Description
The Cobra Floor Lamp was designed by Greta Magnusson Grossman for Gubi. It takes its name from the shape of the oval shade, shaped like the head of a Cobra, together with its fully flexible tubular arm which can be bent in any direction and the shade can be rotated through 360º.
The base is covered in powder-coated aluminium and weighted with a cast iron ballast. The Cobra Floor Lamp won the Good Design Award in 1950 and was subsequently exhibited at the Good Design Show at the Museum of Modern Art. A classic task lamp worthy of any interior.
