Position: Retail Store Manager, Liverpool ONE
 
Permanent, Full Time, up to 45 hours per week (5 out of 7 days depending on weekly rota)
Salary TBA.
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable full time Retail Store Manager to join our Utility team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous retail management experience and be able to consistently demonstrate excellent leadership and effective communication skills.
 
They will be responsible for supporting the Retail Director and oversee and organise personal and staff workloads. The successful applicant must be passionate about the brand and be focussed on driving sales to reach store targets. They will motivate their team and lead by example showing a focus for excellent customer service with a view to maximising sales opportunities. The successful applicant will be well presented and perform their duties in a professional and positive manner.
