Designed by Formstelle, the Zeitraum Zenso Dining Chair was inspired by the Japanese Ensō symbol signifying completeness and perfection. This version of the chair is available with an upholstered seat in a variety of high quality fabrics and leathers. The chair is ideal for use as a dining chair or side chair in the home and in a commercial restaurant or hotel space.

Whilst designing the Zenso Dining Chair, Formstelle were inspired by the Ensō motif - a symbol in Japanese calligraphy. Ensō symbolises enlightenment and elegance, the universe and the void - but it also symbolises the Japanese aesthetic itself as being an 'expression of the moment'. The round circle of the Ensō symbolises perfection and completeness, expressed in the Zenso Chair through its expressive wooden frame with the seat and back of the chair made from two circles of solid wood. The beauty of the natural material is evident: the lacquered finish showcases the grain of the wood. In this version of the Zenso chair, the seat is upholstered. Choose from a wide range of high quality fabrics and leathers.
