InformationThis Round Dining Table, designed by Jens Risom, was one of the first designs commissioned by Knoll. Its organic shape and natural finishing reflects Risom's Scandinavian origin - elegant simplicity. The tapered legs, made of clear maple or light walnut, are secured with mortise and tenon joints providing the apron detailing and a strong base for the tabletop to rest upon.
The circular tabletop, constructed with a core and edge of solid hardwood lumber, has a clear finish. The surface is topped with a veneer, matching the wood of the base, with a cathedral 'V' like grain pattern and poplar cross bands and backing.
It's available in clear maple or light walnut.
