Bruno Rey Designs
Bruno Rey (1935–2019) was a Swiss industrial designer and best known for the chair model 3300 - one of the most successful Swiss chairs, selling over 1.5m units. This was created in conjunction with Swiss furniture manufacturer Dietiker & Co and was realised after countless experiments. Made from beech it was constructed using a unique screwless construction method and first went into production in 1971, patented by Dietiker in 1972.
