New Works

Danish brand New Works, based in Copenhagen, is a relatively young design brand, creating furniture, accessory and lighting products which, although refreshingly modern, have clear references with their forbears. Fusing both art and design their work pays homage to the strong Scandinavian history of craftsmanship and materiality, whilst challenging the contemporary forms of today. They collaborate with an international group of renowned designers and artists, who display a similar fascination with sculptural forms and honest materials.
