Description
The Carl Hansen FH419 Heritage Armchair, designed by Frits Henningsen in 1930, has been relaunched by Carl Hansen. The generous backrest and high padded armrests are highly inviting whilst its arching curves, softened by smooth organic lines, promote an elegant grandeur.
After travelling around Europe, Henningsen became influenced by classic British and French furniture, taking traditional expressions and updating them by adding a modern, minimalist flavour. Driven by perfection, each armchair is developed with a high level of detail using superior materials, from the solid oiled oak or walnut wood legs to the upholstery which takes 12 hours to fit.
Heritage is available in a broad spectrum of colours from various Kvadrat fabrics and Carl Hansen leathers which are all suitable for both contract and domestic use. A beautiful chair with a rich pedigree worthy of any home.
Thirteen buttons decorate the back which are upholstered in the same fabric or leather as the chair.
The Heritage Stool is also available. This is the perfect footstool for the ultimate in relaxation and comfort.
