The Vitra Softshell Chair comes in a number of variations. This office chair features a comfortable seat, enveloping arms and comes on a gas height adjustable five star base on castors. As well as a large range of fabric and leather covers the base comes in a dark or polished aluminium finish. The ultimate in luxury office chairs.

Description
The Vitra Softshell Office Chair by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Vitra has a harmoniously curved, protective shape which envelopes the sitter with a sense of homeliness. This is also reinforced with the pleasant feel of the seamless covers which supplement the overall comfort and privacy.
The Softshell carcass is a single section, organic shaped shell which conceals the overall structure of the chair. Height adjustable, the base comes with either a polished aluminium or dark powder coated finish. An ideal home office or commercial office chair the Softshell comes in a range of coloured leathers and fabrics.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
Born in Brittany in 1971 and 1976 respectively the Bouroullec brothers have become a much sough after double act, particularly after their work with Cappellini who recognised their talent at an early stage. Here we feature some of their most highly regarded works for Vitra, Kartell, Cappellini and Magis.
