Description
Originally created as part of a personal project for Jaime Hayon's private home, the Archivo Shelving Unit from &Tradition lies somewhere between a piece of furniture and a sculptural piece of art. Fusing fluid forms, fine craftsmanship and contemporary style, the Archivo shelving is an elegant, multi-functional addition to the home.
This version, the JH43, features two levels of shelving and is the perfect height for use as a sideboard. Put your ambient lighting, books, keepsakes and decorative objects on display with this playful design.

Jaime Hayon
Spanish artist-designer Jaime Hayon has shot to international acclaim through his use of designing with the intent of preserving and updating traditional objects through new forms of materials and technologies. His work is strongly characterized by his childhood passions, skateboard culture and graffiti art. Hayon set up his own design business in 2006 and has since collaborated with some of the word's most influential brands, including Fritz Hansen, Established and Sons, Moooi, Swarovski and his ongoing work as a creative consultant for the Spanish porcelain manufacturer Lladró. The Ro Chair and Favn Sofa are some of his most recent projects.
