Description
The Groove Outdoor series by Tom Dixon utilises high-performance materials and advanced production techniques, offering the ideal balance of durable practicality and innovative design. Over 10 years in development, this collection draws on Tom Dixon's collaborations with Trumpf at MOST (Italy’s largest science & technology museum) and HYDRO, the world’s leading aluminium producer.
While influenced by art-deco aesthetics, the Groove Dining Armchair has a distinctively contemporary feel. It's available in Moss and Putty, two elegant colours that fit effortlessly into any outdoor setting. The high-quality powder-coated aluminium finish is not only solvent-free and VOC-free but also operates at lower curing temperatures, promoting greater energy efficiency.
This durable design is engineered to endure all weather conditions. However, if you prefer to store them during the winter months, their space-saving design allows the chairs to be stacked for easy storage.

Tom Dixon
Born in Sfax, Tunisia in 1959 Tom Dixon moved to England in 1963 and studied at the Chelsea School of Art. Among his most notable designs are his S Chair for Cappellini and his highly successful Jack Light for another of his own manufacturing ventures, Eurolounge. His own company, Tom Dixon, also manufacturers the now iconic chrome Mirror Ball and Copper Ball lights and the more recent Beat Lights and Pressed Glass range - Lens, Bowl and Tube.
