Description
The Groove Outdoor series by Tom Dixon is a perfect balance of durable practicality and innovative design. Over 10 years in development, the collection draws on Tom Dixon's collaborations with Trumpf at MOST (Italy’s largest science & technology museum) and HYDRO, the world’s leading aluminium producer. Groove showcases high-performance materials and forward-thinking production processes to engineer durable yet playful outdoor furniture.
While influenced by the Art Deco era, the Groove Outdoor Stool has a distinctively contemporary feel. It's available in Moss and Putty, two sophisticated colours that fit effortlessly into any outdoor setting. The powder-coated aluminium finish is solvent and VOC-free. It also operates at lower curing temperatures, promoting greater energy efficiency.
This outdoor stool is designed to endure all weather conditions. However, if you prefer to store them during the winter months, their space-saving design allows the stools to be stacked for easy storage. Pair with the Groove Dining Table to complete the look.

Tom Dixon
Born in Sfax, Tunisia in 1959 Tom Dixon moved to England in 1963 and studied at the Chelsea School of Art. Among his most notable designs are his S Chair for Cappellini and his highly successful Jack Light for another of his own manufacturing ventures, Eurolounge. His own company, Tom Dixon, also manufacturers the now iconic chrome Mirror Ball and Copper Ball lights and the more recent Beat Lights and Pressed Glass range - Lens, Bowl and Tube.
