Characterised by the slatted design, the Palissade range is highly weather resistant as wind and water easily pass through the slatted frame. Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are internationally acclaimed French designers whose work has shaped contemporary furniture and product design over the past two decades. Born in Quimper, Brittany, the brothers established their Paris-based design studio in 1999 and quickly gained recognition for their unique ability to blend simplicity, functionality and poetic form.

Their portfolio spans furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and architectural projects, with collaborations that include some of the world’s leading design brands such as Vitra, HAY, Artek, Magis, Alessi, , Flos and Kvadrat. The Bouroullec brothers’ designs are celebrated for their refined balance between everyday practicality and artistic expression, often exploring modular systems, organic forms and innovative uses of materials.

Throughout their career, they have received numerous international awards and their work is held in the permanent collections of major museums, including the Centre Pompidou, MoMA in New York and the Design Museum in London.
