Robert Dudley Best
Robert Dudley Best was an industrial designer by training and creator of the eponymous Bestlite. His design influences were the work of Mies Van Der Rohe and Le Corbusier. Winston Churchill put Bestlite on the design map, he had a Bestlite BL1 Table Lamp on his desk in Whitehall.
