Designed in 2015 by Konstantin Grcic, the Magis Sam Son Chair is a fun-loving armchair that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Almost straight from the pages of your favourite cartoon, the exaggerated size creates a protective space for sitting. Ideal for lounging in the garden or creating a statement in any living space.

Description
A fun-loving armchair with a hint of a cartoon character. The Magis Sam Son Chair, designed in 2015 by Konstantin Grcic has been made from two different rotational mouldings to create a characteristic armrest and backrest. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the exaggerated size of the armrest and backrest provides comfort and support and comes in four different colours.

Konstantin Grcic
Konstantin Grcic was born in Munich in 1965 and studied carpentry and cabinet-making at the Panham College in Dorset, before completing a masters degree at the Royal College of Art in London. He then spent some time working in Jasper Morrison's studio, before returning to Munich to set up on his own. His playfulness of materials and industrial design style has led him to collaborate with many highly regarded brands including Flos, Magis, Muji and Vitra. This design discipline can be seen in the May Day Light he developed for Flos and Hack Desk from Vitra.
