The Magis Velvet Puppy is a reincarnation of the original 2004 Eero Aarnio design for Magis which has always been a company best seller. This lovable, softer look canine character comes in three iridescent colours, this time with a velvet textured finish. It comes in 4 sizes.

Description
The original Magis Puppy was designed by Eero Aarnio in 2004 for the Magis “Me Too” Collection - a line of furniture and items created to reflect a child’s perspective on design. The Puppy has now been reimagined, this time with a softer look velvet finish for indoor use. The core is made from polyethylene and represents everything that is quintessential about the iconic Finnish designer: Organic silhouettes, vivid colours, a desire to push the boundaries of conventional design and a ground breaking, revolutionary use of plastics (Aarnio’s Plastic Puppy is manufactured using rotational moulding technology).
In several colours and 4 sizes this velvet version softens the appeal of the Puppy even further with a fresh vibrant finish

Eero Aarnio
Born in 1932 in Helsinki, Finland. Eero Aarnio is famed for his use of experimentation of plastics in vivid colours. Many of his pieces are included in the worlds most prestigious museums. Aarnio has worked with some of the worlds most famous design brands including Vitra and Magis, creating iconic pieces including the Plastic Puppy.
