Description
Rooted in their Norwegian design ethos and use of natural materials, Torbjørn Anderssen & Espen Voll embarked on a journey to create a light and comfortable wooden chair that seamlessly marries traditional craft with a contemporary and fresh presence. Crafted from a combination of solid wood, laminated parts and oak plywood, the &Tradition Allwood Chair demonstrates a variety of techniques that exemplify the designer's commitment to quality and the material. With its seemingly simple silhouette and stunning oak finish, the versatile Allwood Chair can be used as either a dining chair or a side chair. Thanks to its space-saving stackable design the chair is ideal for use in smaller dining areas as well as in professional settings.

Anderssen and Voll
Anderssen & Voll - Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll - was established in 2009. Previously founders and running partners of the design group Norway Says, Anderssen & Voll are now amongst the most prominent and successful Norwegian designers. Named both Norwegian and Scandinavian designers of the year they have received numerous international awards including the Wallpaper Award, Red Dot Award, IF Award and Honorary Award for best Design in Norway for their work within furniture, lighting and home accessories.
