Kaare Klint

Kaare Klint (1888-1954) was a renowned Danish designer and architect, widely considered the father of modern Danish furniture design. He played a pivotal role in shaping the principles of functionalism, emphasizing simplicity, craftsmanship, and user-centred design.

Klint's work was characterized by its timeless elegance and meticulous attention to detail. His iconic designs, such as the Safari Chair and the Faaborg Chair, became instant classics and continue to influence contemporary furniture design.
