Magis Pipe Chair
The Magis Pipe Chair is an easy and uncomplicated dining chair design. The main feature of the chair is the use of special technical fixing - the seat and back are fixed to the frame using a special glue that allows there to be no fixings, giving the Pipe chair a seamless appearance.

Description
Designed by Jasper Morrison the Magis Pipe Chair, as it's name suggests, is made from aluminium pipe or tube which is painted in polyester powder. These elements have punched steel plate seats and backs. The powder coated versions are suitable for outdoor use and the Pipe Chair comes either with arms or without. This is the version without arms. See Magis Pipe Armchair for the version with arms.
The Pipe Chair is sold in packs of two due to minimum order units.

Jasper Morrison
Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959 and studied design at Kingston Polytechnic, The Royal College of Art and HDK in Berlin. In 1986 he set up his Office for Design in London and designed for many companies including Alessi, Flos, Alias, Cappellini, Colombo Design, FSB, Magis, Rosenthal, SCP, Sony and Vitra amongst others. His Glo Ball range of lamps for Flos and Hal Chairs for Vitra are some of his most commercially successful designs - proving how a simple aesthetic can create mass and timeless appeal.
