The CPH190 Desk from Hay is part of their Copenhague range that was designed for the University of Copenhagen. Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec wanted to create a range of furniture that distanced itself from traditional furniture in education. The CPH190 desk features a useful backrest where you can rest books or tablets for streamlined studying.The CPH190 is finished in a Water-based Lacquered Oak.

Material: 24mm MDF tabletop with veneer/linoleum, solid oak frame
Dimensions: H: 74/91cm; L: 150cm; D: 70cm
Care guide: Wipe with a clean cloth wrung in water or in a solution of water and a neutral detergent. Remove soap residue immediately using a clean, dry cloth. If the surface is scratched or appears matt, use a care product specifically suited to lacquered or stained wood. Avoid using detergents containing silicone, as they seal the stain in and make subsequent repairs more difficult. Never use soft soap or solvents such as spirit, turpentine or acetone. Do not use cleaning products containing alcohol, as they may damage the surface. Avoid using scouring cream or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface.

Designed by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Hay the Copenhague CPH190 Desk is part of the collection of furniture created for the redesigned University of Copenhagen.

It's compelling in both function and design. With its A-frame mounted to a split, curved table top the CPH190 features a backrest which is ideal for resting books or a tablet. The CPH190 is finished in a Water-based Lacquered Oak.
