The Fredericia Post Dining Table, designed by Cecilie Manz is an excercise in eliminating everything that is "extra", and focussing on the essential. Post is the perfect merging of functionality, simplicity and serenity in a classic design expressed with modern minimalism.

Model 6442 - W: 320cm; D: 100; H: 73cm - Instructions: Clean with a soft cloth tightly wrung out in clean water. Wipe the wood following the direction of the grain. For dirty surfaces, use a mild solution of soap flakes or a universal cleaning agent. Then polish with a soft, dry cloth. Never leave wet patches on lacquered wood surfaces as it can cause the lacquer to peel.

Stripping the concept down to only what’s necessary, the form emerges from the function in an expression that’s pure and purposeful.

Cecilie Manz
Danish designer Cecilie Manz graduated from the Danish School of Design and went on to start up her own studio, Manz Lab. Manz's strong feeling for functionality and insistence on quality have made her a favourite designer of brands including Fritz Hansen and Lightyears.
