Description
The FDB Møbler J46 Wooden Dining Chair is an iconic Danish dining room chair designed in 1956 by Poul M. Volther. Aspiring to create functional and simple furniture of the highest craftsmanship and architectural quality at a great price the J46 was to embody the very essence of this - bringing well designed quality furniture to a wider audience at an affordable price. Many manufacturers have tried to emulate this icon over the years but nothing comes close to the original. With its recognisable V shaped back the J46 has found its place in many Danish homes over the years - not least because of the comfort it affords as well as possessing a style suitable to a variety of interior styles - rustic and modern, classic and contemporary.
