Free fabric samples available to order online now

Updated 7th November 2019 - Fabric samples currently have a £1 charge online. The cost of the sample will be refunded once you've placed an order for an upholstered product.

When it comes to FAQ's relating to sofa & upholstery there is no enquiry more common than "can I order fabric samples?". Well, here at Utility we listen and strive to improve our service so that you have all that you need in one place. That's why we've added a brand new feature to our website - the ability to order fabric samples for all upholstered products quickly and easily from every product listing.

How do I order samples?

It's pretty straightforward. Follow these simple steps...

(We're using the Fritz Hansen Egg Lounge Chair as an example.)

Step 1 : Navigate to any upholstered product and click the "i" icon next to your desired fabric range. This will open a popup modal displaying some additional information about the fabric type.

Step 2 : Click "Order Free Fabric Sample". This will open up the fabric sample page specific to the brand you're desired product belongs to (in this case, Fritz Hansen).

Step 3 : Add your fabric samples to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout as you would with any other product.

It's as simple as that. We've also got a new one-step-checkout with multiple payment options (Paypal, Amazon Pay, Credit/Debit Card) that allows you to check out quicker.
