Description
A Connection to the past is essential to any &Tradition piece. Designer of the In Between SK11 Table, Kallio says “Woodturning is a result of my love for Scandinavian heritage and traditional wood crafting, there is a satisfaction that comes from using old techniques."
Inspired by an exploration of positive and negative space, Sami Kallio’s In Between SK11 Centre Base Table for &Tradition converges traditional wood craftsmanship techniques with innovative compression moulding and bespoke veneer techniques. The table’s black powder-coated cylindrical base holds a circular top. The result is a versatile and modern table that provides more space for people to gather around it.
