This version of the String Pocket Shelf features shelves in perforated metal - as well as the standard metal side support - in classic white, RAL 9016. This ready to install, all in one shelf pack can be used in hundreds of ways and applications.

Description
This variant of String Pocket Shelving comes with three perforated metal shelves. String Pocket is an all in one shelving solution straight out of the box and comprises two uprights and three metal shelves, ready for hanging. This version is finished in classic white (RAL9016) and like all String Pocket Shelving can be combined with other pockets to create a larger installation - from two units, for instance, you can build up to three sections wide with two shelves in each section.
Originally designed in 1949 by Swedish architect Nils Strinning, String has won several coveted awards. Its simple construction of a powder coated steel frame on which shelf elements hang gives the String Shelving system a refined, timeless unpretentious appeal which add to its enduring popularity and highly practical versatility.

Nils Strinning
Swedish architect Nils Strinning was one of the leading mid-twentieth century designers who built the foundation of what we now call Scandinavian design. Here we feature his award-winning String Shelving system, a lightweight shelving system created in the 1940s and still as popular today, not least because of its fantastic value and design classic appeal.
