Established in 2006 by the Danish architect Stine Gam and the Italian architect Enrico Fratesi, GamFratesi is an award-winning Copenhagen-based design house representing a new interpretation of the fusion between classic Danish tradition and the conceptual approach of Italian design. Adopting a signature experimental approach to their chosen materials, their cross-cultural partnership reflects tradition while taking inspiration from the contrasts of everyday life to create designs expressing a subtle duality of function and beauty. 

Each GamFratesi design has a unique story expressed through minimalist details, including the now iconic Gubi Beetle Chair.
