Muuto Fiber Recycled Armchair - Swivel Base
This version of the Muuto Fiber Armchair comes on a swivel base in a choice of finishes to suit your interior. It also comes with an optional automatic return function. The tactile matt finish is crafted using a combination of recycled plastic and FSC™-certified wood fibers.

Description
The Fiber Armchair, designed by Isokos-Berlin for Muuto, has a unique shell made from a combination of recycled plastic (of which a minimum of 80% is recycled) mixed with FSC™-certified wood fibers. With a generous seat and softly rounded arm detail, this version comes with a four-star swivel base in a complementary hue to the shell of the chair. It also comes with an optional automatic return feature to return the chair to the original position once the sitter leaves.
The recycled plastic used in the Fiber Armchair & Side Chair is sourced from post-industrial waste from the manufacturing of eyewear. High-quality recycled plastic has made it possible to recreate the Fiber Chair’s original strength and durability with the characteristic colours of the series, all while keeping the amount of recycled plastic at a minimum of 80%. For its unique sculptural shell, the recycled plastic has been mixed with FSC™-certified wood fibers to create a matte and tactile surface.

Iskos-Berlin
Iskos-Berlin is a Copenhagen-based design studio formed by Boris Berlin and Aleksej Iskos in 2010 designing furniture, industrial and graphic design. The company was borne from Komplot Design, established by Boris Berlin in 1987. As an assistant within the company Aleksej was employed for more than 11 years. This long and fruitful cooperation has allowed the duo to develop a shared philosophy of design. They have collaborated with some of the world’s most prestigious manufacturers including Muuto and their furniture, lighting, and other design products, are exhibited at numerous design museums around the world, including the MoMA and the Danish Design Museum.
