Why you'll love the Enfold sideboard
Designed by Copenhagen based designer Thomas Bentzen for Danish furniture & lighting company Muuto the Enfold Sideboard was borne from the many factory visits he has undertaken as a designer, prompting the exploration of the aesthetic of industrial objects and thus translating into a modern storage solution whilst also paying homage to the heritage of Scandinavian design. As a result Enfold combines the warm touch of the natural characteristic of oak - referencing the sideboard of the 20th century, with the added contemporary expression of a steel frame - softening the cold material and binding it with the sideboard's oak components. A new perspective on a traditional sideboard Enfold comes in various mono colours or with a contrasting oak and coloured frame. Double sliding doors ensure opening without eating into exterior space whilst an internal mid level shelf provides duals storage compartments.
For modern homes, offices or work spaces Enfold fills a variety of uses and interior styles.
