Based on the 1940's designs by Vilhelm Lauritzen - a pioneer of Danish functionalism - the Louis Poulsen VL Studio Table/Floor Lamp brings a modern twist to the VL lighting family. Defined by its sleek, spherical form, the lamp gives off a softly diffused glow and creates an inviting ambience. This highly versatile design is right at home in an array of locations; place yours on the floor beside a sofa or perhaps atop a side table or desk. The adaptable, modern design has been crafted from durable metal and triple-layered, mouth-blown opal glass to form a clean and contemporary expression.
