The Pier Shelving System 152 - 2 Column by HAY was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec in 2022. A large, versatile and functional storage solution that's perfectly adapted to the requirements of a modern lifestyle. The unit can be reconfigured and recycled and is easily combined with other pieces from the Pier range. With ample open shelving, roomy cabinet space and a rail for hanging clothes, 152 works particularly well as a clothes organiser in a bedroom or hallway. Crafted from strong but lightweight aluminium and steel and finished in a series of attractive colours.
Constructed from lightweight aluminium and steel using the minimum of components, elements can be moved around and added to as needed as your requirements change. Incorporate work, wardrobe, display or organisational functions for any environment.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
Born in Brittany in 1971 and 1976 respectively the Bouroullec brothers have become a much sough after double act, particularly after their work with Cappellini who recognised their talent at an early stage. Here we feature some of their most highly regarded works for Vitra, Kartell, Cappellini and Magis.
