The HAY Pier System 1021 - 1 Column comprises a shelf incorporating a hanging rack below and three wire racks in a single column configuration. This flat-pack design is easy to assemble whilst creating a flexible shelving solution for either a bedroom or entrance hall. Available in several colour variations to suit any interior.

The Pier System has been designed by French designers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec as a storage solution for modern lifestyles. Flat packed and easy to assemble, the 1021 - 1 column fits perfectly into either an entrace way or bedroom and can be combined with the Pier System add-on components to create a storage system to suit you. Several colours are available whereby the profile/ side supports are one colour, with selected coordinating coloured shelves to match.
Constructed from lightweight aluminium and steel using the minimum of components, elements can be moved around and added to as needed as your requirements change. Incorporate work, wardrobe, display or organisational functions for any environment.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec
Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are internationally acclaimed French designers whose work has shaped contemporary furniture and product design over the past two decades. Born in Quimper, Brittany, the brothers established their Paris-based design studio in 1999 and quickly gained recognition for their unique ability to blend simplicity, functionality and poetic form.
Their portfolio spans furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and architectural projects, with collaborations that include some of the world’s leading design brands such as Vitra, HAY, Artek, Magis, Alessi, , Flos and Kvadrat.
