Description

Noted for their approach to colour and form, Muller Van Severen's latest collaboration with HAY acts as a real showcase for the Belgian artists attititude towards design. Together with the beloved Danish design atelier Muller Van Severen have created the Colour Rack, a clothes-hanging solution which is rich with character and whimsy, without ever feeling contrived or tasteless, that will gift any setting with a sense of charm and fun without overwhelming.

The Colour Rack - S Shape version is available in four distinctive high-gloss colour ways, with the powder-coated steel making for the ideal material from which to produce such a piece. The hard-wearing finish will sit well for years, with the uncomplicated approach making it an exciting alternative to the traditional wardrobe.

A C-shaped version is also available.

Muller Van Severen, the Belgian design duo of Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen, began their collaboration in 2011. Known for blurring the line between art and design, their work reflects a shared love of architecture, form and material. Over the years, they’ve earned numerous awards and partnered with leading museums around the world, including the Vitra Design Museum, Centre Pompidou and Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, as well as with acclaimed galleries such as Galerie Kreo, Side Gallery and Valerie Traan Gallery. For HAY, they have created a series of standout pieces including the Two-Colour Table, Colour Cabinet, Arcs Collection, MVS Cutlery, Ceramic Table and the Perforated Cabinet range.
