Description
The Essay Dining Table, designed by Cecilie Manz for Fritz Hansen, is a minimalistic vision, defined only by rich wood and a sculptured base. Constructed to cater for all needs and functions, it's at the epicenter of everyday life. The sled base distinguishes this table from any other, hinting at its Scandinavian roots which are also visible through pure carved square forms of remarkable beauty.
Essay is finished in white pigmented oiled solid oak and the four alternative tabletop sizes offer ample space for all occasions and uses.
An extension leaf is available in black laminate which fits at either end of the table. This is compatible with all table sizes.
