Description
The Fredericia Ditzel Sheepskin Lounge Chair is a variation of the original chair designed in 1953 by Nanna Ditzel and her husband Jørgen to create a chair that would allow people to think in new ways - as a result of sitting in new ways. Designed to be beautiful from any angle, the Ditzel Lounge Chair features a sculptural, organic silhouette inspired by nature. This is balanced by splayed wooden legs which adds a playful touch. It’s a modern interpretation of a traditional easy chair that’s a natural fit to the human form - inviting you to escape into it's comfortable shell. Adding extra comfort is the ample width, along with the slightly curved back and armrests in one single form. The high-pressured PUR-foam shell is enforced with a steel frame and this version has been upholstered in sumptuous sheepskin - adding to it's natural cosiness.
