The Superloon Floor Lamp designed by British designer Jasper Morrison for Flos is a sculptural floor lamp inspired by the moon. A silk screened circle diffuses the sideways directed LED lamps to create an ambient light fixture, perfect for reading. The die cast aluminium body is available in either painted white or black and chrome plated.

The light is fitted with an optical switch sensor which is placed on the stem that provide warm tone dimming function and the light can be directed in 360°.

Jasper Morrison

Jasper Morrison was born in London in 1959 and studied design at Kingston Polytechnic, The Royal College of Art and HDK in Berlin. In 1986 he set up his Office for Design in London and designed for many companies including Alessi, Flos, Alias, Cappellini, Colombo Design, FSB, Magis, Rosenthal, SCP, Sony and Vitra amongst others. His Glo Ball range of lamps for Flos and Hal Chairs for Vitra are some of his most commercially successful designs - proving how a simple aesthetic can create mass and timeless appeal.
