Description
The Ferm Living Rico Piccolo Lounge Chair is the smallest seat in the Rico series, carrying the collection's rounded, enveloping shape into a frame built for tighter spaces. Its proportions are trimmer than the standard Rico lounge chair, which makes the Piccolo an easier fit for a bedroom, a reading corner, or a flat where a full-size armchair would crowd the room.
Underneath the upholstery sits an internal steel and wood frame with moulded and PU foam, so the soft outline holds its shape while the seat stays comfortable to settle into. The wood is FSC Mix certified, and each chair is made in Italy. You can order the Ferm Living Rico Piccolo Lounge Chair on a fixed base, or on a swivel base if you want a little more movement.
Upholstery is where this chair earns its place in a considered room. The range runs from soft bouclé and wool bouclé through velvet, Linara, Tonus, Hallingdal, and Main Line Flax, to the two-tone Louisiana weave, so you can keep things quiet and tonal or reach for more contrast. For a coordinated sitting area, the Piccolo groups naturally with the full-size Ferm Living Rico Lounge Chair, the Rico sofas, and the Rico ottoman from the same family.
