Bit Collection

Normann Copenhagen's Bit Collection is a growing series of indoor/outdoor versatile furniture that's crafted from recycled materials. The Bit collection began with a series of multi-functional stools and has since expanded, now including barstools, lounge chairs as well as coffee and side tables.

Using Normann Copenhagen’s signature design aesthetic of minimalistic lines with a playful twist, the Bit collection boasts a straightforward, utilitarian expression that contrasts with a distinctive pixelated surface made up of small bits of 85-95% recycled plastic.

At the production facility, plastic waste is shredded, and the granulate is sorted into different colours to match each Bit Stool colour variant. Due to the different origins of plastic waste as well as the particular production method, every Bit design is a bit unique.
