Artemide Empatia LED Pendant Light
Inspired by the traditional glass-blowing techniques that come from the island of Murano off the coast of Italy, the Artemide Empatia Pendant Light embodies the process of glass-blowing by recreating the glass globules that are made in the process. With a glass diffuser and LED light source, the light is suited to any application.

Description
Empatia from Artemide is a gorgeous clear globule lamp designed by Carlotta De Bevilacqua and Paola di Arianelo. The design is inspired from the great glass blowing traditions of Murano, coupled with Artemide LED lighting technology. Light is controlled with maximum yield and driven towards the glass diffuser through a transparent pipe with a very low absorption coefficient. In three sizes Empatia - or Empathy to anglicise it - has a clear Murano glass diffuser with an LED light source. Empatia is a beautiful table lamp suited to any location.
