Cassina's 527 Mexique Table designed by Charlotte Perriand was first produced in 1952 for the student accommodation building Maison du Mexique, part of the university campus of the Cité Universitaire Internationale in Paris. Due to high demand Perriand then created a low table in 1956 fit for office and residential spaces.

It's triangular shape with rounded curves and angles allows it to occupy minimal space whilst also providing the possibility to combine several tables to form a collective square or rectangular shape. It comes with 3 simple and elegant legs which allow the wooden tabletop to take centre stage in any living or office space.

Available in American walnut or natural oak the thick layer of the wooden tabletop has been manufactured by hand to create a smooth and beautiful finish.

Please note: Wood is a natural material, subject to changes caused by external factors such as sunlight, temperature, humidity, daily use. These changes are not to be considered as faults but merely peculiarities of the material, emphasising its natural beauty.
