The Light Dining Table by Matthew Hilton - so called because it appears to tip-toe and appear weightless on the floor - is a feat of design engineering and sculptural form. Beautifully detailed, solid wood (American walnut or oak with a danish oil finish) has been used to create a table which is complex yet aesthetically sound.
As well as being available in three fixed lengths the Light Table also comes as an extending version for those larger gatherings (seating 12 to 14 people). The precision engineered mechanism allows the table top to separate, to reveal the two leaves stored below when not in use.
