The CH28 Chair from Carl Hansen was designed by Hans J.Wegner in 1952. It has a frame in solid oak and is available made completely in oak, or in oak with a seat, back and armrests in walnut. Further options include an upholstered seat and back in leather.

The CH28 has an oiled finish - this shows the grain and structure of the wood and creates a lustre to bring out contrasts in grain and structure. This darkens over time to a rich patina

The seat and back are upholstered in Loke leather which is buffed, embossed and coated with a protective layer for an excellent finish. The sanded and embossed hides achieve a uniform surface and thickness with no visible scars or marks. This makes Loke Leather easy to maintain as it resists stains and fading.
