The Elbow Chair was designed by Hans J.Wegner in 1956 but not actually put into production until 2005. Elbow is a compact dining chair that can also be stacked. The lower back support and horizontal seat also make the chair suitable for working at a table or desk.
Made from Danish hardwoods (oak or ash) in a variety of finishes (soap, oiled or stained) the Elbow Chair is available with a seat upholstered in leather.
Elbow is upholstered in Loke leather which is buffed, embossed and coated with a protective layer for an excellent finish. The sanded and embossed hides achieve a uniform surface and thickness with no visible scars or marks. This makes Loke Leather easy to maintain as it resists stains and fading as well as being highly durable.
