Alexander Girard Plyprints
These Plyprints by Alexander Girard are silk screen images mounted on plywood panels.
The original designs were actually created as silk screen prints in 1971 as part of Herman Miller's Environment Enrichment Panel Programme. This was the last project undertaken by Girard for Herman Miller and originals now sell for well in excess of £600.00. Recreated here these versions are hand screen printed on sustainably harvested maple plywood panels using water based inks.
Each panel is decorated with one of six iconic Alexander Girard images and comes complete with all the mounting hardware.
There are six in the range : Madonna (main image), Daisy Face, Facade, Love Heart, Snake, and Sun.
