Lampadina is a classic 1972 Flos design by Achille Castiglioni. With functional simplicity it consists of a bakelite lampholder on an anodised aluminium disc base. This base acts to contain the excess power cord as it's wound round the inside. A switch is located on the lampholder neck. A partially sandblasted bulb diffuses the light. Industrial design in its most basic, utilitarian form.
