Chouchin is a design inspired by traditional Japanese paper and bamboo lanterns used as lights and bright signs outside restaurants and bars. Designed by Ionna Vautrin for Foscarini, Chouchin is a downlighter made from lacquered blown glass and comes in three shapes : Chouchin 1 (orange); Chouchin 2 (green) and Chouchin 3 (grey).

Each Chouchin comes with enough cable to create a maximum 200cm drop and a 16cm diameter ceiling rose.
