Free on all stock item orders over £25.00 that are placed before 2pm. UK Mainland only. These will be shipped via our courier partner DPD for
boxes smaller than 80cm x 60cm x 100cm or – for larger items - TNT. We will advise you which courier has been used when
we email you the tracking number. Exclusions apply on very large bulky and special order items where a special delivery
service is required. See our white glove delivery service and more on special order items below.
I’m not sure if I will be in, what should I do?
Don’t worry. We always suggest customers arrange to have parcels delivered to a place where they know they will be
available to sign for them such as a place of work (we may ask for additional identification in this instance). We will notify
you of the tracking number and supply DPD (where used) with your mobile phone number (if supplied) and email address
so you know when your order is coming. If you can’t be available you can contact DPD (or TNT for large items) by phone or
via their website, quoting your tracking number. You then have a few options:
1. Arrange delivery to a safe place at the same address 2. Arrange another day for delivery when you know you’ll be available 3. Collect from the local depot
Will I have to wait around all day for a delivery?
No - with DPD, on the morning of your delivery you will get a text message from your delivery driver advising you what time
to expect a delivery. They aim to give you a one hour window so you can plan your day accordingly. You will notice in the example
text message above, it gives a time of 10.59 - 11.59 and tells you the name of the driver delivering the products.
What happens to my parcel if the delivery comes and I miss it?
The delivery driver will post a note through your door with instructions. Alternatively please contact DPD (or TNT if used)
via their website or by the phone number supplied to re-arrange delivery!

The item says xx-xx working days for delivery, how will I know when to expect that delivery nearer the time?
As soon as an item arrives and has been thoroughly checked we will contact you to arrange delivery. The lead times on our
website are indicative as occasionally these may slip due to factory holidays, annual closures and production delays. We
will only contact you again in the rare event a problem crops up with your order or as soon as it arrives to arrange a
delivery date convenient to you.
We deliver to over 150 countries worldwide and only use respected global courier services who we know will deliver you product with the service we expect and the reputations they wish to maintain. The courier we use depends on the product
purchased but is always the most efficient in time and service. International shipping charges are applied at the checkout
depending on the product or combination of products purchased. These prices are the actual cost prices charged to us by
our couriers so you can be assured you are getting the most cost effective way of us sending your order through our
keenly negotiated shipping rates.
