The Enriqueta Salad Bowl from Alessi is a off-round polished stainless steel bowl designed by Catalan architect Lluis Clotet. Using his 'strategy of deformation' Clotet has used a 'crumpled' paper effect and applied it to a range of tableware and dishes. The contrast of delicate crumpled paper to the solidity of the polished stainless steel works to stunning effect.
This gorgeous salad bowl is from a range of tableware and serving dishes using the technique.
