New from Alessi for the Alessi Officina collection for Spring 2007 the Fruit Basket Teapot by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa forms part of the Fruit Basket Tea Set.
The teapot has a bulbous body with a contrastingly fine handle, delicate tubular spout and lid handle and with it's soft organic shape resembles a large piece of fruit.
The design is derived from Sejima's poetic design for a range of Tea and Coffee towers for Alessi and with its soft organic lines the teapot, with other items in the range, each resemble a piece of fruit.
Made from 18/10 polished stainless steel.
