E15 Marlene Table
The Marlene table from E15 is made from a solid 3cm top screwed onto a wooden frame. The top is made of eight to ten solid boards and these are mounted flush with the table frame to give a seamless finish. Marlene's main feature is its 5mm gap which run down the centre of the top. This allows the solid wood to move depending on room temperature and humidity. A traditional dovetail joint, visible on both sides of the top, gives additional stability to an all over modern design. Like the rest of the E15 collection the beauty of Marlene lies in its simplicity and in today's interiors where kitchen and dining are combined this table makes a fantastic choice. It's the sort of table which will age well and develop its own patina with time and lends itself to both formal and informal dining occasions. Made from either solid oiled European oak or walnut each table is hand crafted and made to order. It comes available in a number of different sizes with a standard height of 75cm.
