KNOLL Shelton Mindel Glass Coffee Table
Designed by Lee Mindel & Peter Shilton for Knoll this range of beautiful glass coffee tables has a restrained design with absolute clarity of purpose.
The frame is stainless steel with a seamless finish, giving it a flowing and continuous appearance. The design influence here was M.C. Escher's dynamic form; a continuous, non-concentric extrusion with no apparent beginning or end.
The frame is hand buffed to create a mirror finish. The contrasting glass top is 2cm thick with a bevelled edge which rests on the frame on silicon spacers.
There are three sizes of table available, making the range suitable as coffee, lamp, side or occasional tables.
